Eji is an Internal Business Development Partner with The BluePrint. Eji’s primary responsibilities are internal sales support and licensing. Eji works directly with advisors on everything from licensing, case design, hypothetical illustrations and general problem-solving.

Eji started his insurance career in 2002. Since that time, he’s continued to immerse himself in the insurance industry at large. In previous professional roles, he implemented alternative operational procedures, reduced costs and improved department efficiency in many San Diego area agencies. He is proficient in multiple carrier illustration software programs and building database management systems. His experience in the field enables him to relate firsthand to financial advisors and to recommend the right solutions for their clients. Eji enjoys spending time outdoors enjoying the San Diego weather, coaching youth sports, and life at home with his wife Lauren, son Emerson and daughter Sophia. Eji graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from Monmouth University in New Jersey.
