What are you most grateful for? 

I am grateful for my parents, who taught me to dream. I am grateful for my wife, who supported my dreams. Finally, I am grateful for my sons, who helped me realize my dreams. 

What gets you excited about life?

Every day is another opportunity to make a positive impact on someone’s day. You could play a starring role in a positive memory that they hold onto for the rest of their life.

What is the best advice you have ever been given?

Accept the past, manage the present and work hard for the future.

How do you define success? 

It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do.

What life lesson did you learn the hard way?

 The first to apologize is always the bravest. The first to forgive is the strongest. The first to forget is the happiest. 



Michael currently serves as Co-Founder and Managing Partner of The BluePrint Insurance Services, a partner of a leading life insurance and annuity marketing company in the country, AimcoR Group. Michael focuses on working with Registered Investment Advisory firms and independent financial advisors across the country. Michael specializes in retirement income planning and using insurance in retirement portfolios to lower the risks associated with investing.

Michael started in the insurance and financial services industry in 1994. He has spent his entire career helping and consulting financial advisors. Michael lives with his wife and two sons in San Diego, California. Michael serves on the Board of Directors with The Center for Community Solutions in San Diego, CA.
